In organizations with small research teams or UX teams of one, the capacity for adequate user research can be challenging. Managing requests and design needs from multiple teams can often compromise consistent user outreach. Scaling efforts with limited time and resources is an act of creativity within itself, but not impossible.

To do this, it’s essential to get out of the office and go visit schools. What we learn from our focus groups always exceeds our expectations and helps us have a better understanding for some of the challenges that teachers and students face in the classroom.
